• Discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliating acids, and active skincare 

                  products (such as AHAs, BHAs, and benzoyl peroxide) 3–5 days prior

• Refrain from waxing, laser treatments, or chemical peels in the treatment area for at least one week

• Keep skin clean, hydrated, and free of irritation or inflammation

Post-Treatment Care

Following your treatment, your skin will be more sensitive and receptive. To maintain results and support healing:

• Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure

• Keep skin hydrated with gentle, medical-grade moisturizers

• Avoid active ingredients (retinoids, acids, exfoliants) for 3–5 days post-treatment

• Refrain from heat-based activities such as saunas, hot showers, and intense exercise for 24–48 hours

• Do not pick or exfoliate the skin—allow natural renewal to occur
